Feeling overwhelmed? Stuck? Uninspired? Need a little pick-me-up? Starting in June, parents can read or watch a short devotional just for them! It is crucial that caregivers remain connected and filled so there is something to offer those around them. This will be a place to not only connect, but find moments to stop and refuel before the next task.
TAKE 5!
In the morning, before your feet hit the floor, before you reach for your phone or toothbrush -take 5 minutes! Simply find 5 things to be thankful for, then say a prayer for each. Choose your mindset to be loving, kind, and gracefilled over choosing negativity and frustration. Choose to spend 5 minutes with God before choosing self, social media, or routine. Begin the day with God and gratitude!
